Am I charged for empty totes at home?
No. Your per-tote fee applies only to the totes actually in storage. Totes sitting at your place while you pack — or after we bring them back — cost nothing.
What counts as a retrieval?
A retrieval is a delivery trip that brings the totes you request back to your door on a service day. On Flex, retrievals are always free. On Archive, each delivery trip is $29, no matter how many totes come back on it. Pickups — us collecting totes from you — are free on both plans.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can change between Archive and Flex from your account, and your billing adjusts from your next cycle.
What happens when I add or send back totes?
Your bill adjusts automatically. Add totes and the per-tote fee starts when they arrive in storage; send totes back and it stops. You never pay for space you're not using.
When am I charged?
Your membership bills monthly. One-off fees — like an Archive delivery trip — are charged when you place the order, so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
